    “I just called to get a prescription refilled and to let them know I moved recently and this will be my location for now on. I think the girl who answered the phone said her name is Kaylee or Kayla, but she was the sweetest and most friendly customer service I have experienced in a really long time! Not even 5 minutes later after hanging up I received a text that my prescription was ready! Thank you for being so great and making my whole day!”

    “I go to the Walmart in Eastlake I called to see if they had the high dose flu shoot you have to keep asking the automation to speak to someone when it finally put me thru they hang up me I had to call again if they don't want phone calls they should put on that they have the high dose flu shot.”

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
