“Got my dog in immediately as a new patient. They were great with the situation but I wanted to comment on how awesome the dr was. My dog is extremely overweight. She told me straight up & didnt sugar coat it. I respect that so much!! I can’t respect a vet who cant be honest & give negative feedback. We will definitely be working on her weight & i can’t wait to see her improvement at her next appointment!!”

“On this day,we just needed to get softener salt. We got there early in the morning and there wasn't anyone else there. You are always greeted with a "hello" when you go in unless they are really busy...but some still try to anyway. On my other trips there,if I needed help with something,they helped. And they didn't act like you were twisting there arm to do so,like with some other places. Although I think their prices are high,there are some things you can only find there. I like the sales (especially the Black Friday ones, always get the granddaughters their muddy puddle boots).”

“We found Maverick online 2-3 months before we had a chance to visit him. We were looking for a large male German shepherd to adopt after losing our previous one a year before. When we saw Maverick in the shelter we knew we wanted him but didn’t know if we could be approved since we don’t live in Ohio. But, we decided to try and provided the staff with all the information we had about our 18 years of experience with our prior two German shepherds. Each of them had been adopted when they were three years old. I guess our interaction with Maverick, fenced yard, and proof of all that awaited him in our home, along with our application was enough. Now that we are home Maverick has proven to be the perfect addition to our family. He has developed a routine that includes indoor and outdoor activities, hikes, and doggie massages. He loves to watch the squirrels and birds outside our sliding glass door, and also sit on the couch to watch people and other dogs go by out front. Thank you to the thoughtful staff who introduced us to Maverick and assisted us in this adoption. ❤️?”
