“I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base.
After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting.

“The Original Mattress Factory sells exceptional merchandise and works hard for their consumer. Christina (Kenwood location) was direct in explaining our options, she was patient while we sampled the beds and when we asked for more information, she provided the pros of their locally-made beds and box springs. Turnaround was wicked fast and the delivery team (Dave and Alvin) were consummate professionals. They were careful, equally informative and exceeded my expectations. OMF is the OG! Not even sure how they compare cost wise but the best thing I will say - every dollar I spent felt MORE than worth it.
