She went above and beyond to fix our issues and make things right! Communication was clear and concise and I could tell she genuinely cared that my mom got what she originally was told. “I was helped by Gray. I really appreciate how informal he was and how helpful. I gave him my budget and he stuck to it. Didn’t try to oversell me but did show me multiple options and I don’t think sales people realize how much of a turn off overselling is. He had the right idea and was a great sales man. He helped me find the comfort level we needed for what we were experiencing and was patient with my decision making and processing how I wanted to pay. I appreciated him a lot and the whole experience. I also found what I was looking for and can’t wait to get my new bed in a few days ☺”

“We needed a mattress desperately and made the drive from Lexington to visit the actual tempurpedic flagship store instead of the bigger mattress stores in town. We ended up purchasing a mattress after laying in a few. It hasn’t yet arrived but the customer service experience there was top notch. Alex S. guided us expertly through the different mattresses and gave us solid recommendations based what we told him we were looking for. I can’t yet speak for the mattress but as far as buying one goes this was about a pleasant experience I think anyone could ask for. Highly recommended.”

“While they might not have the largest selection of furniture they had exactly what I needed. They also offer free delivery I believe within 25 miles if I'm not mistaken so that was a blessing just in time for Christmas. I ordered 2 full size matresses for my son's bunkbed and the delivery crew, as well as the kind elderly lady that assisted my purchase, were great!”

I had my old mattress picked up in the morning and the new mattress and boxsprings were delivered and set up at the time they said. Everything was perfect.”
“7/9/26. I just recently purchased the Orthos Ultra Plush bed at the Kenwood Ohio store last week..it was delivered this morning and I noticed there is a dip in the bed so I immediately called the Kenwood store ..I spoke to Nick , he asked me to send a photo of the dip .. and he noticed a dip as well and said someone will come out and look at it … Also , I realized on the tag on my bed the date is before I purchased my bed..it is a bed that had already been in stock… I received an uneven flawed bed ,not like the bed in the showroom.. I’m really not happy at this point. **UPDATED** (7/17/2026) I am so pleased to say that the original mattress factory took the time to come and look at the mattress that was delivered a week ago. OMF gave me the option to receive a new bed or a complete refund. I just received my new bed today.. I’m completely 100% satisfied! Thank you, OMF ..Wonderful customer service!”

He gave his spiel about the different levels of mattresses, told us to test them out, and come back with any questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable but did not push us at all. I would give 6 stars had he not denied my request to jump on the beds.”

“Great spot to shop for furniture! Andrew was friendly and courteous, and allowed me to shop at my pace and was ready to answer questions if I had any. The floor model for the recliner I wanted was in stock and ready to be loaded same day. Honestly, the part that took the longest was for me to figure out what I wanted to pick out for my mom because there were several options I was looking at in store.
After a receipt, two gentlemen loaded the box into my truck and I was on my way. Will definitely come back if I have future furniture needs!”
