Don was amazing he was able to switch me from a standard account to a first net plan. He made the switch simple and easy and broke down the cost of everything. Went in because my older iPhone froze and Domenic helped me by putting my sim in another phone to get a code text me and then to get into a new 15+ transfer my pictures and apps. I strongly recommend him and the Elyria store!
