“Today my Fiancé and I went to AT&T for a simple question about our phones. Tyler the Store Manager greeted us instantly and was the biggest help. We’ve been wanting to upgrade our phones for a few months now. Tyler was able to fix everything and get us into the phones we wanted on the spot. Tyler is extremely upfront and will tell you everything that is going to happen. He also writes everything down in front of you so you can see what is happening. He was extremely helpful and understanding with everything! If there is anything phone related this store without a doubt can take care of you! Everyone in the store was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in an AT&T store in years! I highly recommend it! “Dalia deserves a raise! I had recently got my iphone 13PM stolen and i needed a new phone so i went up to my local tmobile and she was able to answer all the questions i had and she was able to get me a new iphone 12 and was ablw to transfer all of my old phones data to my new one without having to access the old phone. i also ended up buying an apple watch while i was in there. dalia was a wonderful help thank you”

“Definitely a nice Target. It has a good size Starbucks right when you walk in. Unfortunately there are no seating areas though. So you need to be prepared to drink and shop. The only downside with all the self checkout stations at Targets I have noticed is that clearance items constantly ring up at full price so make sure you are paying attention. Otherwise, you likely will be overcharged. If so, you can bring the item to customer service and they can refund you the money but it's a pain.”

“My wife went to this T-Mobile store to get her father a new cell phone and experienced amazing customer service. Her dad‘s old phone wasn’t working properly, so she was having difficulty getting the old number ported to the new phone. BJ went above and beyond to get her dad‘s old number assigned to the new phone. She was amazed that the staff at this store worked so hard just to get her dad a new flip phone. BJ said that there are no big and small phones and they treat all the customers the same.”
