Discount Drug Mart Pharmacy is a friendly neighborhood store that has been serving Ohio for over 50 years. Customers appreciate the helpful and polite staff, particularly in the pharmacy, where employees often prepare orders quickly and efficiently. Many reviews highlight the pharmacy team’s ability to anticipate customer needs, frequently retrieving medications before customers even reach the counter.
However, some customers have faced challenges with wait times for prescriptions, experiencing delays even when scripts were called in ahead of time. This has led to concerns about the accuracy and transparency of quoted wait times. Despite these occasional delays, the overall shopping experience is positive, with clean and well-stocked aisles and fast-moving checkout lines. Customers enjoy finding good deals and appreciate the assistance offered when loading items into their cars. The store's layout is spacious but could benefit from being even larger to accommodate busy shopping times. Overall, Discount Drug Mart Pharmacy remains a preferred choice for many, with a reputation built on friendly service and community trust.
The place is great. I've been going here since I was a kid. I'm 44 and still going here. The staff are great too; they really do save you the runaround.
