I had a tire puncture and called roadside assistance through my insurance and they contacted Don's for a tow. Originally the ETA was 45-75 minutes. But the Driver Nick got there in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and handled everything perfectly. Luckily the shop was only a mile or so away so it was a quick trip.

I cant remember the name of the gentleman that came out but he was amazing. I locked my keys in my truck and my Ford app was not working. His customer skills were amazing, he was able to open my truck very quickly and more importantly didn't make fun of me for being stupid. I will call dons in the future
