“We were on the way to my Uncles funeral in Maryland and picked up something in our tire. Google reviews were great and they were on the way, so we pulled in. They got us in and out in under 40 mins with a repaired tire. Price was excellent, Cheeto and Snappy - the shop cats - were very helpful and manager Mike and our mechanic Mike were very professional. Highly recommended!! Thank you”

“My truck broke down, and I reached out to Gibbs Auto Service. They told me to have it towed in and said they would get to it as soon as possible. Within 24 hours, they had already diagnosed the issue and kept me informed every step of the way. I had my truck back the same week, and their pricing was the best around. Their team is fast, extremely talented, and full of genuinely humble people who care about their customers and the community. I highly, highly recommend Gibbs Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality work. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly! Thanks again, Justin”

“They honored their advertisement on a bew car special. No BS or bait and switch gimmicks. As odd as it sounds, thats a rarity amongst GM dealers in this region in my wxperience. They didnt make me waste time as a sales tactic either. came in, said i saw the ad and was interested. They showed me the options i picked one and finished the deal, left with the car. Refreshing if u know how dealers are doing things anymore. Serpentini all bait and switch advertisements, saay anything iver ohine to fet u in door, than at store will admit the ad was a lie and the my dont even have the car they promised iver phone. These guys are standup and straightforward. Thats actually a bug deal anymore”

The most humble crew I’ve ever encountered. They are ALL well mannered knowledgeable personable respectable and never has tried to BS to make an extra buck. I don’t care if it’s been 100 degrees or 10 degrees that man is WORKING. His consistency is downright outstanding.”

I took it back to Ford, but they couldn’t figure out what was going on. “I have always received the best service from Elyria Fords Service Department. They are all very professional. Do everything they can to save you money. Are extremely thorough in repairs. Communicate future needs before it becomes too bad. The crew are top notch from the counter to the men and women who do the actual work on my vehicles. The place is very clean. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. They are the main reasons I have purchased vehicles from Elyria Ford and take my non-Ford vehicles to them as well. I really can’t say enough about them to do them justice.”
