The staff at this location makes the store a personal experience, and they really do love the dogs that come in. Our groomer (Abby) is wonderful, and our dog loves getting groomed because of her as well as the people in the grooming department. I am so lucky to have found them! Good people help make happy dogs!

But you can't get in touch with her controversy news. She's retired. She's ill. She no longer is doing it so I don't know what's going on. I even try to get a letter out to her to meet her for lunch but no reply. So I'm guessing she's no longer doing dogs wasted. You're trying? I don't know why they transferred her information on Grafton road but it's a shame because I sure do miss her

600 Cleveland St, ElyriaBrought my cat in and he was very scared. Both the tech and veterinarian were very kind, compassionate and gentle with him (and me!)
They also took their time explaining things to me, and I felt informed and comfortable. As part of my cat's care we were offered a long-acting antibiotic injection. This means that neither my cat or myself have to go through the stress of having to give/take daily pills for the next 2 weeks!
Because Elyria Animal Hospital offers so many services and treatments. I also have peace of mind that if a serious health issue happens my pets will get quality care.

They accommodated 40 of our close family and friends. The meal was wonderful and the service was top notch! Everyone enjoyed our time there. The room was very quiet and private. The manager was great at handling the big crowd as they were very busy on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you for a very memorable dinner with our family!
