We previously tried a different groomer and stopped going when they shaved off a chunk of my dog’s skin and didn’t bother to tell us. (Led to vet bills, medication, etc.) We really struggled to find someone we could trust.
We found Lori and have never been happier. She makes sure to meet each dog’s needs. She doesn’t rush to get it over with if a dog is nervous or needs a slower pace. She communicates effectively if she finds something that may need a vet visit, like an ear infection. She always listens to what you want done and can groom them as you request. She does such a great job and we are so happy that we found her. Even the dogs are excited and cooperative when we arrive. They clearly trust her, too. They walk in without hesitation.
We are super pleased with the services we receive and will continue to be clients. Thank you for all you do!

My son referred me to Animal Health Center and I was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. Everyone is so welcoming! Dr. Baumann is such a warm, caring, and knowledgeable vet! My dog was thoroughly checked over and was not rushed out like our previous veterinary practice would have. All of our questions were answered and I left knowing my dog was going to be okay. I highly recommend this practice. I’m so happy we found it?

Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.

Porter Pet Hospital
27529 Lorain Rd, North OlmstedMy ragdoll kitten Pudding was neutered and received shots here. They did an excellent job, I couldn't even tell he got neutered because the incision was done so well.
They were very thorough with the after care instructions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before taking him home. He received great care here and I thank them for taking such good care of him.
It was a good experience and I highly recommend them!

Drinks and water stayed full and I drink what would be considered an aggressive amount of water 😂 Our burgers and steak we ordered all seemed to be way over cooked/ excessively charred, but it was OK. I would definitely clarify how you want your burgers/ steak cooked by color, etc. and not expect medium to be pink and wouldn’t ask for anything more than medium well or it’s going to be a brick of charcoal 😂 Everything was pretty OK tho, the service was good and that’s all I really expect from a restaurant at this point. Would also be cool if they updated their menu pricing. I think everything we ordered was a dollar to a few dollars more than the prices listed which wasn’t disclosed and this place hasn’t been open long. Prices were still fine, but you should plan accordingly. With a 20% tip for 6 people, 3 kids in there, and ordering pretty modest meals we made it out the door slightly under $100 so it’s a lot more affordable than many places today.
