“Just had a great experience at this branch.
I got there at 8:45AM to make sure I am the first one in line when they open at 9AM, as I was on a hurry to catch a flight.
The branch manager saw me in the parking lot and opened at 8:50 thinking there is a reason I got there 15’ before they were scheduled to open. I was not expecting that great customer service, but appreciated very much. This is great customer service because they are thinking of what customers need.”
