“Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling.
Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do.
I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner.
Great experience and management should be lucky to have someone like Brandon with great communication skills

“Came in with tire issues, the manager Mason was super helpful, let me leave my car in the lot for 2 days, helped me connect with a guy for a new tire got it for pretty cheap, he even had the tire put on before I returned. These guys went well out of their way to help me. They deserve more than 5 stars.”

He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved.
