“On a job in Tipp City and fan quit blowing heat. Got cold quick, and had a 70 mile drive back home. Stopped here and Mike, and the young lady (I missed her name) hooked me right up with the correct part needed. Allowed me to fix it in the parking lot. Enjoyed a nice heated 1, 1/2 hour ride back to the Diggs. Great service, which is getting rare to find in parts stores.”

“Had trouble getting my antifreeze cap off so drove to O'Reilly here in town to get help. I purchased the antifreeze and the sales clerk was very helpful in getting the cap off. He stayed outside in the cold with me until the antifreeze was was working in bringing heat thru the vents. I was so relieved. Thanked the guy who took the time to make sure I would be safe & especially warm.”

“My alternator gave out as I was driving thru New Lebanon on my way home, another 25 minutes away. I managed to pull into O'Reilly's and Mike went out of his way to help me test 2 batteries, gave me a boost charge so I could make it home, and helped take out and replace the battery in my car. Having had my hands in the works I asked if I could wash my hands and as I turned to walk inside, another young employee was already walking toward me with a cleaning wipe and some dry towels. That's what I call taking care of the customer. And, yes, I ordered my new alternator from O'Reilly's as soon as I got home. Thank you both for helping me out. You went out of your way and I really appreciated that.”
