“Drop the battery off a few weeks ago to get it charged up then we got the snow storm and O'Reilly's misplaced the battery or send it for recycling. Gentleman by the name of Brandon address the issue took responsibility and rectified the situation by giving me another battery I didn't have to ask he said it was the right thing to do. I couldn't have agreed more and I take responsibility for my part and not picking it up sooner. Great experience and management should be lucky to have someone like Brandon with great communication skills Thank you”

“I would like to recognize Lonnie, the manager at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Brookville. In today's world, exceptional customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience. Lonnie went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the right solutions. He took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and made the entire experience stress-free. Lonnie represents the very best of what customer service should be.
