“Justin was very helpful. Customer service on the phone was awful and everyone was saying different things. I knew I needed to go in person to someone in the store. Justin was patient and had a great sense of humor. I will be requesting him in the future.”
“The installer was great. The company not so much. Didn’t call or reach out about the original installer not coming they didn’t reach out to reschedule installation. Luckily the installer who did come agreed to come at the end of his day when he was done with his route which ended up being at 6 pm when my window was 8-11 am.”
