“My installer Robert Fuentes was super Awesome , on time , introduced his self , and since I had trees over my house interfering with the signal he already knew what to do and explained the situation and he came up with a solution ASAP , so he wound up installing towards the end of the driveway where he can get a clear shot towards the satélite for the best signal and it worked out great. Very professional and friendly , I just wish I had more cash on me to tip him better. Fast and very reliable. Thank you”

I offered to Pay but he said that veterans don't pay service fees in his store.. thank you so much young man!! We will be back”
“Spectrum’s visit was awesome! I had a question about my TV contract. There is no TV contract and I could leave anytime I wanted and he told me if I decided to cancel to wait until July 10th before the billing was created.
I was just checking this out not that I was cancelling only to verify my status with Spectrum. We have Spectrum’s wifi and cellular phone service and we have no issues.”

I wish I could remember their names (it was a young black man who had just started working there and an older black woman) but they worked with me even though it was near closing time to help me get set up with new services. They were personable, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I'm a little late to get this review in, but I hope they still get to see it because they did an excellent job!”
