“I stopped in to get some more information about a trade in and upgrade to a new phone. The rep was very willing to help and explained everything to a T. I didn’t wait at all and couldn’t be happier with the information I received. I have had sales reps try to lead me down the incorrect path before and am always cautious when dealing with them lol. This was definitely not the case here! I would have purchased the new phone that day but they would have had to order it because it was a higher storage capacity and I’d have to wait 2 days. I thanked her for her time and by the end of the day, I had let my lack of patience take over and found the phone at another local store. The rep followed up with me in a couple days to see if I had any questions and I informed her of my hasty decision. She totally understood and thanked me for my time. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case.
