“One of a few places where a loyalty program is free! Great understanding of customer needs. I love how I am able to swap plant propagations in certain glass to the one that fits my esthetic.
They notify me when a plant I want comes to the store. Plus not to mention reasonable pricing! Some places unchange so much based on looks. This place is cute and affordable. Plus not to mention a refund within the first 7 days after paying with a receipt.
Only wish the customer VIP is sooner than 5000 points. But 1 point for every 1 dollar on certain products is very reasonable. When a VIP its 2x the points!

“I just want to share that Sharon in the plumbing department is an absolute angel! We purchased our first home and of course everything seems to be falling apart!
