I have no experience with automotive painting but will be attempting to, soon. During my research I discovered SW sells automotive paint, I had no idea.
I called the Stanley location to ask questions, and Steven was very friendly and helpful.
Fast forward a couple weeks and I visited the store with my fuel door to try and match a color. The electronic scan tool they use to match paint didn't do great, so Steven spent the time with me to go through a sample book, then mixed a small amount to test, and we arrived at what we think will work.
So far I'm very pleased with their service. I will report back after I've sprayed the vehicle.”

“I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and the service Sherwin-Williams in Englewood, Ohio. We purchased some paint and it should have been satin instead upon painting it was flat. I called the store and they had the manager, Brenden called me back because he was not in the store at that time. He called me the next day first thing in the morning and left a message. When I called him back, he sent someone immediately to the house to look at the paint, and after verifying he handled the Issue expeditiously. He returned my money for the cans that I purchased and upgraded me with two new cans, the same color but satin. He was very kind and so was the person that came to the house. He made everything quick and easy. I am extremely satisfied, and this is the only place I would go to purchase any paint in the future. I recommend this location without any hesitation because of their efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. Superb service!!!!!!!! This kind of service is rare!”
