“I never have any problems with stock or help at this location. The only downside is that Meijer is more expensive than other stores, but they do offer a better selection for some products, i.e. kitchen & home”

“Eli is always so helpful. He really goes above and beyond for customers. Interactions with him are always positive. He has a great attitude. I’ve lived in a lot of cities and even states over the years (and therefore have used a lot of pharmacies locally and nationally) and Eli is the best employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I use this particular location because the staff have great manners and seem to care. Thanks Eli!”

“Test message said meds would be $65.99, took my new insurance card to pharmacy a little after 3pm today and the young lady with long brown hair, that unfortunately covered her name tag, waited on me. She was friendly as well as efficient, greeting me warmly as I walked up, entering computer info, then updating my insurance, giving me the new totals, running my credit card for 4.29 and I was on my way with the meds in less than 5 minutes. Very impressive!”

“I have been shopping at Kroger for years. The Managers and Employees have always been nice, polite and helpful. I use the Clinic, Pharmacy and store. I have really been pleased how they have handled the pandemic. Fresh produce, meats, Dairy and canned goods almost completely stocked. The store is always clean. Employees helpful if you need them. They really deserve praise during this stressful time. Thank you!”

“These 1 star reviews do not accurately reflect this pharmacy. Those people don't understand how doctor's offices or pharmacies work. This isn't 1980, things have changed. You have to take accountability for yourself, if you know you need a refill give them at least 48 hours notice. Don't walk in with a prescription and think they are filling it in under 15 minutes. Yes, they are busy. When Owl's closed in West Milton they took the bulk of those patients. Caresource and other insurance companies also mandate their patients to use Walgreens, so yeah they are busy but don't blame the employees for that. I've been using the Englewood Walgreens pharmacy for 10 years now and I've only had 1 semi bad experience with a float pharmacist. All of the pharmacists and techs are amazing and work really hard. Just remember that kindness works both ways and everyone is human and can make mistakes, even you perfect people that left the 1 star reviews.”
