“The store manager at this location is a true leader, demonstrating a remarkable connection with the community and its needs. The level of service maintained in their absence truly reflects their commitment and leadership. The difference in cleanliness and guest service here is night and day compared to other establishments in the shopping center.
During my visit, Rhonda provided exceptional service; she patiently explained my coupons, even while managing a line of customers. Her dedication to customer service was evident. On my way back from my son’s game, I stopped in again and found both Rhonda and Kellie continuing to deliver outstanding service. They were engaging with the kids, sharing laughter over a Spider-Man coat, while Kellie assisted an elderly customer.
It was heartwarming to witness, especially since the West Side isn’t always viewed as the most desirable area. The atmosphere felt more like a high-class suburban neighborhood. Additionally, the Christmas decorations for sale were perfectly aligned with the community spirit, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Anytime my son has a game, I will make sure to give this location my business. Fantastic job, ladies! You don’t see that level of service in today’s market.”
