“Hands-down, one of the best animal places around my parents dog, unfortunately, was older and having issues that was not like him was rushed there at closing time and they still managed to make my family feel loved and was told to take their time with our family dog who was not going to make it! “Some of the most caring people work here. Very transparent and caring about the animals they see. All of the vets have been amazing but I want to specifically give a shout out to Dr. Staab. For starters, she recognized the emergency situation we were in & probably saved our dog from long term health issues. Our pup had quite the emergency last week and we were referred to medvet, whose phones were down. Dr. Staab jumped right into playing middle man, contacting her friends who work there & keeping us as updated as possible after work hours. Thank you for your kindness. “Truly so happy with my experience here. I had an emergency vet visit. My dog overnight took a turn. He is a 4 year old pug and had shivers all night. Super hot to the touch, gunky eyes, peeling skin, losing his hair, bumps on his head, itchy ears. Looked like he lost a ton of weight literally in the span of 12 hours. It was scary. I called my original vet and was told it wasn’t an emergency and as soon as I called them they offered me an appointment asap. The vet ( Dr. Warner) was so kind. She even messaged me the next day to check up on him. Yes the emergency visit is more expensive so I think the price I paid was excellent. I paid $370 but the visit was $110 itself (which understandable I didn’t have an appointment beforehand) and then he got an ear rinse and swab. She tested his skin. She gave him fluids to help him from being dehydrated. Two different medications. A topical medicated shampoo. I’m just truly amazed on how kind this vet was. My pug was a brand new dog literally within a few hours. I’ve never felt heard until today and actually listened to. Truly so happy with my experience and will be recommending everyone there and will be a returning client.”
“Very good service. Was very compassionate when we had to put down my sick 12 year old boy Jamie. Ill miss him but i know i did the right thing. It was very cheap too, which helped a lot considering it costs so much everywhere i looked and i didnt want to have him suffer through his sickness. Cannot reccomend this vet enough. Very efficient. Ill miss you Jamie.”
“We recently got our dog spayed there, they did a fantastic job with the surgery. Recovery was a breeze for her and it’s healing amazingly well. It was close to $400 for a 40lb dog.”
“If you have older animals, I would encourage to ask for Dr. Wong. She will test, diagnose and treat with their age in mind. I have an older pet that was diagnosed with asthma and heart disease. She helped get the asthma under control without furthering damaging the heart.”
