101 W Main St, Enon“Owing to being fitted for compression wear, Emily had served me quite well. While there, I was impressed with the fast-paced, dedicated workforce and decided to make Madison Avenue Pharmacy my preferred pharmacy. The transfer from my other pharmacy was easily expedited; and, it was soon afterwards I received superb service receiving all of my medications. Their courtesy towards customers is genuine and sincere. I’m certain I will look forward to their continued service. Thanks everyone!!!”

1161 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn“Love getting gas at the Kroger fuel center! If you use the Kroger app and you use your digital coupons to save even more during your grocery shopping then head on over to the Kroger fuel center later to get extra money off your gas up to $1.00 a gallon off each month depending on how many points you earn. It’s awesome!!”
“The pharmacist “Andrew” is awesome! So personal and knowledgeable. Takes the time to explain meditation as well as trying to save you money by insurance options. Best Damn Pharmacist Ever!”
“Chris the pharmacist was so helpful. My pharmacy is so busy I have trouble even calling them. So I’m switching to Harding Road pharmacy. They pack meds and deliver with no extra charge. Great news! Beth”
“I have always had great experiences from this Sam's Club, until today. I placed an order for curbside pick up at 5 am to be picked up between 4 and 5 pm. I get there at 4 and I haven't received my notification that it was ready yet, so I wait in the parking lot. Then, it's 5 and still no notification. I call customer service and it just kept ringing and went unanswered. Thankfully a young lady came out to deliver another person's order and I stopped her and asked her if she knew what was taking my order so long. She looked it up and went and got my order herself. Thank you, Leah (I hope I spelled your name right), you were a life saver today! I enjoy the curbside pickup, it makes life easier when my schedule is hectic. And having to wait an hour was definitely crunching time for me, as I could've went in and picked my order myself in ten minutes had I known it wasn't going to be ready on time.”
“These are my fav pharmacy people ever! They always go above and beyond to help with questions, coupons, refill issues, etc. I have nothing but great things to say. Keep being awesome!”
“ER visit, followed by surgery. Excellent care, staff communicated well. They were busy but I was able to get care I needed. Facilities are nice and new, clean. Highly recommend, will go back as needed.”

564 Mc Adams Dr, New Carlisle“These guys are on it and I've always had my medicine same day, few hours after my appointment. Other places could make you want 2-3 days for a medicine which my life can be at risk without. The tech here are very compassionate and treat me with great care. I literally drive 15 mins from where I live to go here, originally it was only temporary, but the service here made it worth just staying here. Plus my father lives close to this one, so I always go see Dad after I get my medicine. I know that pharmacy tech work extremely hard and they deserve to be heard by the higher ups more frequently. Anyways thank you and to everyone whom works here”
“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

Oak St, Wright-Patterson AFB“The pharmacist is always accurate they have great customer service they're always serving with the smile. And they always very concerned for the patients well-being and their medications. The only thing that I wish they would do like Walgreens is call you when you have medication that you haven't refilled that needs to be filled on a Time sensitive basis.”
“Edited: Manager called and personally apologized to me, ensured staff would be retrained and stated regardless of the opinions that everyone is entitled to judgement free service. Informed me to call him and let him no if issue persists.Original: Pharmacy staff show blatant disrespect for people who do not share their beliefs and do not care about following HIPPA.”
“BRIEANNE store number 06522 was amazing! Took me right to the item and even helped me save money with a coupon they have for the item! Ruth 2:12 BRIEANNE ❤️❤️❤️”

“This is without a doubt the nicest Kroger location I've ever visited. The store is huge and generally very clean. The floors are always polished and shining, the produce department is usually well-stocked with quality produce, and the deli appears to be clean and sanitary with a nice selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. During my visit on Nov. 9, I waited at the deli counter for almost 30 minutes before it was my turn to place an order. It was approximately 2pm and only one employee was working in the deli. At first, I was very annoyed by how long I had to wait, but by the time it was my turn, I felt sorry for the deli worker. She was doing the best she could by herself and kept her cool with numerous customers waiting to be helped. Usually deli customers must take a number and wait for their turn, but the number dispenser has been missing for more than a month. It's not easy to keep track of who was waiting ahead of me and who arrived after me. The deli worker apologized for the wait and was sweet and professional. I've heard that they simply cannot get people to work, so she is stuck trying to cover the entire department herself. There are certain areas of the store that are roomy and easy to navigate while other areas of the store have numerous large displays in the middle of the aisles making it a complete cluster! The customers tend to be rude and have a sense of entitlement, so they block the aisles, take their good old time, cut in front of people, and don't respect the personal space of others. Society today... My biggest complain about Kroger is their weekly featured saving items that require the customer to select digital coupons in order to get the sale price. I successfully select the coupons and meet all of the requirements in small print, but I always get cheated. I hear this from many people. It is difficult for the elderly as well especially if they do not use a smart phone.”

201 S Main St, New Carlisle“I returned to my hometown, Springfield, in Aug 1982 and shopped at the former SuperAid Pharmacy prior to RiteAid becoming the new owner of the pharmacy. I have had nothing but exemplary service since then and have no desire to change pharmacies; am more than satisfied with the service I continue to receive each time I visit this location.”

One time I didn’t have money for my prescription which is has extreme withdrawal effects when you don’t take it every day, and someone helped me pay for it as I had just lost my insurance and didn’t know how much it would be. I think about that day all the time, I went into my car and cried because I was having a really hard time and that amount of kindness really took me back. It’s hard for me to be emotional so I’m not sure if I even conveyed how grateful I was to her in person with my anxiety raging lol. If you still work there and remember me please know you made a huge impact in a positive way for my mental health. Thank you so much!”

Not even at our local pharmacy where we've been going for 3 years even though they know he needs it every month. Staff has been understanding and kind to us. So far haven't had any issues getting it filled.”
