“It's a struggle getting prescriptions in a timely manner at any pharmacy lately however these guys seem to really try harder than the rest to make it happen.”
“Found out my son had RSV today and he was giving a inhaler for his breathing but our pharmacy didn't have the chamber for his face. I called Walmart and they had it and I kept calling back and fourth between Meijer and Walmart to get it before Walmart closed and they went above and beyond to get it ready for me. I was extremely happy with the customer service and the fact they went the extra measures for me that they didn't need to! 5 star service!”

“These five stars are for one person his name is Troy and he Is one of the guys that brings out your groceries to you when you order online He deserves every bit of theae five stars!! I'm a difficult person to wow When it comes to customer service, I was a manager for 25 years in a customer service setting and I was always very passionate about my job. So when I give a five-star & get impressed by someone's customer service that person is doing an excellent job!! I had groceries to pick up at the Kroger on Bechtle Avenue, they stop bringing orders out to your car at 9pm. I was running behind & didn't get there to pick my groceries up until a little after 9:00. If I had been at any other store which I have been to several where I've come a little bit after the pickup time & And I always got told I would have to come back the next day. Troy sure did not say that to me, He waited on me with a smile, didn't hesitate, even though it was past the time & it was time for him to go home, it made me feel like I was important & that my ordered mattered. Now that is what good customer service is. Your awesome Troy...keep it up ?”

The pharmacy team has improved but have filled my script,s more then 20xs in my young life and has shortened my prescription at least 6xs and has made it right 5 outta 6xs.
