I was very happy that they maintained the same great customer service that Home City had. I always have a great relationship with everyone at the bank. “This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”

“I recently became a member of wpcu and after a rough start(neither by no fault from the credit union or I) with an auto loan, they helped me get it worked out. From the start they had my best interest at heart when thoroughly checking each vehicle and making sure it would be a wise purchase for me. But by far Jordan was amazing and went well above what Im sure his duties are, to listen to me, understand, and worked with me, communicating options, offered advice, and explained what they could do to help find a resolution. “My mother banked here. When she fell ill, I had to come up - and my brother and I had to oversee her financial and healthcare decisions.
The customer service my mother, brother and I received from Lori was so outstanding, and her knowledge, care and absolute professionalism helped to ease what could have been an otherwise trying experience.
My mother has since passed, but I chose to maintain an account with this particular institution, based solely on the fact that the care and customer service far surpass my, admittedly, high expectations. It's also nice to have a bank that's local when I come home to visit.
While I realize this is not a "Hometown" bank, I have to say that the people inside are what give it that Hometown feeling - and I can honestly say that this is the only bank, I've done business with, that has made me feel "at home" in.
Would definitely recommend this institution and group of people.”

“This 5-Star Review is for Jonathan at the Wright-Patt Credit Union Help Center.
On 5/21/2025, I was the victim of a scam. The amount taken was more than my pension check--devastating and truly frightening. In response, I shredded my Wright-Patt debit card, credit card, and checks for safety.
A few days after I received a new debit card, I received a second debit card with a new number and called the Help Center to make sense of it all. That's when Jonathan answered. He was calm, knowledgeable, and exactly the person I needed.
Jonathan explained that my refunded money had been sent to the now-closed, compromised account--but he immediately transferred the funds into my new account. He also confirmed that the second debit card should be shredded and went ahead and ordered me a new credit card.
Jonathan even suggested I buy an RFID wallet or sleeves for extra protection. I ordered them from Amazon and had them the next day.
Jonathan is THE BEST!
He's polite, professional, and still down-to-earth--exactly who you want on the line when things go wrong. He made me feel like everything is going to be OK. Thanks again Jonathan - you made a real difference during a tough moment.”
