The staff was also very helpful. At one point, I had trouble finding a specific product, and an employee spontaneously came to assist me. It really gave me the impression that they prioritize providing good customer service.”

“I recently messed up an order for my son’s baseball team uniform. The online shop that we bought from wasn’t willing to assist in a one person re-order for us. In a panic (and with their first game a week away) I called in to Starstrukt.Three things stood out to me:1. Deane and her son were some of the nicest business owners I’ve met. Passionate about what they do and engaging to talk to.2. They not only were able to customize a 3 color jersey logo, but they got it done so fast! Deane worked off of a blurry phone pic I sent her and duplicated exactly what was needed for the Jersey. Thank you!3. The variety of trousers was limited, and the quality of some items didn’t meet my expectations. Similarly, the men’s shoe section felt understocked, leaving fewer choices than I had hoped for.
Overall, Burlington offers great prices and friendly staff, but I’d love to see an improvement in the range and quality of men’s fashion.”
