βI went to this location to look at boots. The gentleman in the footwear section Dan was so amazing. His customer service skills when they were busy were still amazing. This is what customer service used to be once upon a time. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. I saw at least 3-4 other people wait to thank him personally. It was so nice to see. I bought 2 pair!!β
βHighly recommend this great boutique. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and patient as both my husband and I went back and forth (many times) between different outfits for a friendβs upcoming wedding. She helped to pick out the outfits (we had no idea where to start) as well as matching accessories. I appreciated that we were not rushed or pressured to buy any specific items. Prices were very reasonable. It was so nice to try items on in-person instead of ordering something online from a giant corporation, especially because we werenβt sure of our sizes.β
βBy far the best luxury and designer consignment shop in Columbus. They have a very large selection of preloved designer bags, shoes, clothes, and accessories. They also have a great selection of other brands and vintage. Thereβs something for everyone. Additionally, Second Chance is a true consignment store- they only keep products for about 60 days and drop the price of items consistently over that time if itβs not selling.β

βPricey, but great quality fabrics and lots of stylish pieces. Andy and Jordan were awesome to chat with while I looked through the store. I love that all the clothing can be worn androgynously, as a bit of a tomboy. The fit of their trousers was flattering, though I might need a size 16 which they didn't have since a 14 is a tad tight around my waist. Love their outerwear pieces in particular.β

βFirst time visiting this location. Many Beautiful clothing for men and women. Very affordable. Nice looking shoes and purses. Some of the womenβs clothing looked like something I normally would not see at a K&G, but I guess the buyer for the store thought it looked nice. Plenty of selection for plus size men and women.
Excellent customer service; but I do not think that it is professional to have a cashier having personal phone conversations, speaking loudly enough for customers to hear, especially using foul language. Other than that, this is a nice store.β
βI really like your store at the Easton location, staff always friendly, great sales but I'm really not comfortable with the men being able to sit in dressing rooms I was trying something on yesterday wanted to come out show my sister n law but didn't because a man was sitting in there,maybe you should put chairs outside the dressing room for men they should not be allowed back there just a suggestion.β

βFERA is where I go to buy quality denim and tend to also find other unique pieces that are impossible to find in other boutiques around the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I love that skinny art boy who works there named Jeff.β
βI take the yoga class offered at Wanderlust which has been amazing!! This boutique studio is such a vibe- awesome artwork, warm, cozy; all of the best things a yoga space should have. The instructor has a wealth of yoga knowledge and is simply amazing. With each class, she is able to meet the studentsβ needs. This class is perfect for all levels!β
βOutstanding experience. I needed to swap out 2 shirts that were too small for my daughter. Ana and her coworker were amazing. Great customer experience. They returned the items and ordered the right size off their website and shipped them to my house. In a time where mediocre service is expected I was taken aback by the differentiated experience I received. Great job!β

βThe Ladybird pieces in my closet have become a time-capsule for my life. I can pick up a dress and share which birthday i wore it and i can grab a pair of denim and share how long they've lasted despite repetitious wear.It's rare nowadays to find such quality, but even more rare to find someone who cares as much as the owner, Allison. Each garment, accessory, and treasure that lines the ladybird shelves are hand selected by Allison which i think is such a special detail. The gals on the LB team are equally as passionate and stylish and have guided me many times with looks and intentional purchases. You will love this spot not just for style, but for inspiration and conversation (and it always smells so heavenly). ??β

βWe like this location, fully stocked. Staff were not knowledgeable about upcoming sales. We had to return to get our $60.00 credit. Great that they gave it to us though it was inconvenient.β
βI came here because I am heading to a Congolese wedding on Thursday and needed a traditional wedding dress! She was so sweet and helped me pick out the most gorgeous dress! She also offers tailoring as well in case a specific item did not fit! I would definitely recommend this shop to any of my friends or family!β

βVery cool store for Western wear. I came just to browse and ended up buying a hat because the owners were so nice. Major brand families are carried here like Stetson, Resistol, Charlie One Horse etc. This is Pura ropa vaquera. Definitely worth a trip to the west side of town. I'll be back for boots soon.β

βlong story short, prom dress didnβt come in time and i frantically searched multiple boutiques before coming to rowe and i was greeted my sarah and morgan who were above and beyond in making me feel welcome and assured. the gave me exactly what i was looking for while also encouraging me to try on other dresses that were gorgeous. the boutique is full of luxery and quality items and the service is top notch. shout out to the owner marren as well !!!! will definitely be back !!β
