“On Jan 10, 2024, we had a wind storm, so our power went out. When the light came on, I still had no internet, and part of my house didn't come back on. Eventually, I went to check the panel box, and yes, breakers were out. This one red breaker wouldn't reset (off/on), so I YouTubed it. I took a picture of the breaker, drove to Home Depot, and saw this beautiful young lady working in the electrical isle. Now, all the breakers looked alike to me, so I stood there acting like I knew what I was doing (men). So she started walking towards me, and this sweet voice said "are you finding what you're looking for, I'd be glad to help?" Embarrassed, my inner voice said "naw I got it". Then something happened and "please, cause I don't know what the hell I'm looking for". She took my phone, zoomed in on the photo, and went straight to the breaker I needed. She said you need a 20amp Seimens, and this should work. I brought it home, changed it out, and I was back in the game!!! I'd like to thank Arissa for being professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, for just being there. With help like that, I'll definitely be back. Bless Her Heart!”
“Was skeptical about using a rental place in the past , but an emergency brought me in . They were extremely helpful , very polite and professional . , The icing on the cake was after hearing what a danger my appliance was causing Darren came out with my rental within 40 minutes , even though it was a big financial loss of food I have a safe appliance and thanks to the great customer service I can sleep without breathing in toxic fumes.
