“Took my 45 year old vacuum in with little hope that it could be repaired. Happily, the team at All Makes Vacuum was able to replace the faulty switch! They also gave the little workhorse a thorough cleaning, inside and out, and a tune up. It hasn’t run this well since it was brand new! I highly recommend All Makes Vacuum for their impressive knowledge, skills, and terrific customer service.”

“Dave and his team have been helping me for years now and I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received. Just recently they completed 2 projects for me. Both projects were difficult to access, involved modifying equipment, and thinking out of the box. Done to perfection. They have installed new HVAC equipment, repaired old equipment, and completed alterations to equipment and duct work. They have also given me really service at the parts counter for some DIY repairs/ filters.”

“I manage apartments in the cleveland clinic area. I always use A2Z for all of our appliance needs. They are fast and efficient and we usually can get the delivery within a day or two, sometimes the next day. I tried ordering from the bigger stores (like home depot) and ordering, scheduling, and billing was ALWAYS a nightmare....I needed a valium and a shot of tequlia just thinking about dealing with them. I will use A2Z as long as they're around.”

“We have had a Dyson DC07 sweeper for years. I noticed that it appeared not to have good suction power for the hardwood floor. So, I took the sweeper in to have it inspected and repaired. Spoke to Mike who is super awesome and extremely knowledgeable about what was wrong with the sweeper. Mike took it apart and found that the sweeper had a bad clutch and needs a brush roll. Mike was able to carefully replace the clutch which is a difficult process given the old age of this sweeper. Mike was able to replace the clutch assembly and replace the brush roll with no issues. The price was reasonable and the Dyson sweeper works like brand new. Mike is excellent at explaining the engineering of vacuum cleaners. We are thrilled with the work he has done. If you need to have your vacuum cleaner repaired, Mike is definitely the GO TO GUY. The store also sells all kinds of vacuum cleaners.”

“This is for Kim and Cassandra in customer service. I placed an order on website, but couldn’t find/access to add delivery note. So I called the store. Both ladies were very helpful in replying to my questions, and Kim even put a note on my order so it would be delivered properly. Thank you both so much for making my day much easier. It was delivered where I wanted, before I got home. And since 3rd party delivery service, and I have no clue, they also were rockstars. Order was stacked neatly, out of the way, making it much easier for me to move where I needed it to go.”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. This kind of effort and commitment for the customer is rare indeed and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You Jennifer and good for you Dirt Devil for the customer commitment you have.”

“I won't go into full detail, but I was confused about the financing when I made my original purchase. Raymal at the front end and Roberta at customer service got me all figured out and helped me arrange everything exactly how I wanted it after I screwed it up a bit. These two are stellar employees, especially Raymal since I doubt he had to be as accommodating as he was. That really shows me he wants to help his guests and not just do what he absolutely must. 10 star review for these two employees!”

“Just got my furniture delivered by Aisha and Curtis, they are two of the most professional and polite individuals I have ever met in Cleveland. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on a king size mattress with the platform but I also got a five drawer chest . they were on time with the delivery and they also assisted me and bringing the furniture up to my unit. Aisha want above and beyond and came back to my unit to help me with the installation of the knobs.”

“I bought a used washer from another place. last year that never worked right, and they wanted to charge me to fix it. I was very hesitant to go to father's used appliance. It's been a couple days now, and I've been able to use my appliances. So I feel I can review. I love these guys. They are very honest, very efficient and fast about delivering your stuff. I feel like I got a good deal from them and it has been great to be able to actually wash and dry. My clothes for days now. I feel like this was the best used place I've ever ever found and will never go anywhere else. I love you guys.”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot. We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there. I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem. Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig. Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
