“I went here and the building is a large building on a residential street which surprised me. I met the proprietor and he was a very kind person. He took my machine to check it out and he then easily diagnosed the problem and I didn't even have to leave it. He seems like a very honest person that is very knowledgeable about all kinds of sewing machines. It seem that he wants to fix machines but at a fair price for him and the customer. I will 100% go back and plan to recommend him to all of my friends. If you go here I can only imagine that you would be very happy you did as I was today.”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. This kind of effort and commitment for the customer is rare indeed and I am very pleased with the result. Thank You Jennifer and good for you Dirt Devil for the customer commitment you have.”

What makes Father's Dream so important now is that modern appliances are not as durable as they were 40 years ago. An older appliance, while less efficient, was much more durable and reliable. A reputable dealer is now essential. Before Father's Dream was recommended to me, I would say I lost over $2,000.00 on appliances that were essentially junk but were sold as fully reconditioned. “I visited this Best Buy I believe on the Friday before Christmas to get my sons their big ticket items. I asked a young man, Caleb, for assistance. He was awesome! He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand, as I am not all that tech savvy, showed me the items I asked about or that he suggested and made me feel like I was the only person at the store on such a busy day. “The paint department here is what makes this 4/5 instead of 2/5. They know their stuff. As for the rest of the store, they’re a victim of geography. Steelyard Commons is such a high theft area that what you’re looking for will either be locked in a cage or out of stock despite what the website says. Also it’s annoying that they can’t have a tool/equipment rental at this location because of environmental concerns… Completely ridiculous since it’s literally built on the ashes of a blast furnace! I visit this Home Depot out of necessity, but will usually go to another location…”
