“Great service! Our Dyson stick vacuum battery recently stopped holding a charge. This would be the 3rd battery replacement in 7 years. My in-laws have a Simplicity vacuum that they really like. When I looked on Simplicity’s website it showed that Strongsville Vacuum was an authorized dealer, so I went there with the intentions of just getting the same one that my in-laws. Arriving I was greeted immediately and helped. They demonstrated all of the stick vacuums for me. They suggested a Riccar which is the same manufacturer as Simplicity but a more premium brand. The Riccar is actually less expensive than the Simplicity but doesn’t have 2 batteries and extra attachments like the Simplicity. I let them know that this is something I would have to discuss with my wife and they did not pressure me at all. They thanked me for coming in and gave me their card. After leaving I discussed it with my wife and we decided to purchase the Riccar. I called them to let them know and they set one aside for me. When I arrived they had everything ready for me. We have had the vacuum for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Last longer than the previous Dyson and picks up better as well. Just a great experience all around and we could not be happier with our purchase. I would highly recommend checking here before buying your next vacuum.”

“You might be surprised at this 5 star review for Dirt Devil (Royal). The vacuum is what it is and as we all know you usually get what you pay for. They make no claim to make the best vacuum, but for the price they are a good machine. My review is not for the product but for a Customer Service person named Jennifer who helped me today with a warranty concern. My first attempt with a warranty issue yesterday left me unsatisfied but Jennifer called me back today having spoken with her supervisor looking for a solution and together they were able to satisfy me. “So, I used to dread shopping at the Steelyard Commons Home Depot, because you could never find help or associates would see you coming, like you had a question, and make a beeline the other way. But I must say, the last couple times I've been there, I've been lucky enough to encounter Greg. Greg is so helpful, and you can tell that he really doesn't mind, and in fact wants to help you. If he doesn't have the answer, he'll stick with you until he gets one. Home Depot needs more associates, with great attitudes like Greg!”

“Just got my furniture delivered by Aisha and Curtis, they are two of the most professional and polite individuals I have ever met in Cleveland. Not only did I get a pretty good deal on a king size mattress with the platform but I also got a five drawer chest . they were on time with the delivery and they also assisted me and bringing the furniture up to my unit. Aisha want above and beyond and came back to my unit to help me with the installation of the knobs.”

“I chose the Best Buy “Geek Squad” to install a Uniden radar detector (R8W - New Model), plus a Redtiger dash cam (F17Elite). They were installed in 2 separate visits, over the course of a couple of weeks, due to scheduling.

The Best Buy technician who installed both units was Agent Tim. I found Tim to be very patient, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very conscientious. It was my good fortune that he worked on my vehicle! Tim is a great ambassador for the Best Buy brand, and I hope that management recognizes him.

Now, the Uniden radar detector has operated flawlessly. No issues. It works out of the box, exactly as advertised.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Redtiger dash cam. While the front, rear, and cabin cameras work (as advertised) when my vehicle is moving, the Parking Mode function is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Agent Tim installed the dash cam correctly.

I am frustrated beyond belief.

The only saving grace is that the Redtiger customer service team is absolutely passionate about resolving the issue with the Parking Mode. I have spoken to Emerson on the phone, and I’ve exchanged emails with Emma. They have been outstanding in terms of trying to resolve the issue, and they are truly customer-focused and driven in their eagerness to deliver a solution. I can’t say enough about their genuine desire to get this Parking Mode issue remedied.

I’ll update this Review as needed, especially if I get caught-up in a “he said/she said” between Redtiger and Best Buy, which I don’t anticipate…”

“I had a mixed experience at the lumber department of this Home Depot.

We purchased plywood and needed it cut. The representative Craig helped us first, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Later, when I got home, I realized the plywood needed to be cut another 1/2 inch, so I returned to the store. This time the representative was Adrian, and unfortunately the experience was very different. He was unprofessional, refused to cut the plywood, and seemed to have an attitude when I politely asked if someone else could help. When I asked about the other employee, he said he was the only one there.

I then spoke with the onsite manager, who listened to the issue and helped resolve the situation. We waited for Craig to return, and he immediately helped us and cut the plywood without any problem.

Craig was extremely professional, experienced, and clearly takes pride in his work. Employees like him make a big difference in customer experience. 5 stars for Craig.

Adrian, on the other hand, may benefit from additional customer service and lumber department training”
