“This was my first time traveling internationally from Thailand to Cleveland — nearly a 30-hour journey! Freedom2Go truly made my arrival so convenient. Although the reservation wasn’t confirmed instantly, their response was prompt and informative. As soon as I landed at 5:30 AM at Cleveland Airport, the driver was already waiting with a name tag, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors.

“I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that”
