We recently changed our banking to 5/3 Bank. We have been dealing with the Euclid branch. Customer service and support is awesome. Our other bank was getting really bad. Customer service when needing to talk with someone was terrible the person didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering him. I love 5/3 .😊
