“This is such a good bank I appreciate them all I had left which was the biggest mistake and it was a very fast process to get back in which I thank them. AGAIN ??? ANY PROBLEMS I HAD IN THE PAST everything got resolved quickly.”
“This location has 1 teller window and 2 walk up ATMs. However with only 1 teller window it’s a really fast process since the branch does not seem to be very busy at all. Bankers and the manager seems to be very cool people”

We have been dealing with the Euclid branch. Customer service and support is awesome. Our other bank was getting really bad. Customer service when needing to talk with someone was terrible the person didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering him. I love 5/3 .?”

“Been going to this bank for 10 plus years. The tellers staff and bankers on Babbitt Road have always been friendly for all these years. Even when new bankers and tellers have arrived they are always friendly. Most of all Dollar Bank itself dont be messin' with my money.”
“Very good bank to go to at all times only gave them a 4 cause went to the one on cedar and the manager called this branch telling them not to service me and they did but it was a floating manager there, not the regular one cause when the regular manager came back I no problem with getting what I need”
