My experience was great that took real good care of me I recommend Firestone when you know it's done right the first time

Staff was very nice and accommodating. But the bathroom was out of order and the store was dirty. Walls and trash can horrible.

Was serviced by J and his service was incredibly pleasant. I was checked-in in no time and was reassured to have my vehicle back before my desired date. 10/10 thank you J
