“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

They charged battery twice ,and checked voltage of battery,alternator . Rick was super helpful,and honest with my battery replacement. They are pretty booked up but squeezed my car in . “I had tires put on and brakes installed at the Richmond Heights location. I have dealt with a few people at the service desk. The names I remember are Sierra, Jordan, Jonathan, and I think the other gentleman was Steve. All were helpful and polite. Don't know the names of the mechanics/installers but they are appreciated as well. Thus far my experience here has been good and I would return.”
“These folks were fabulous — my car’s serpentine belt decided to shred and take everything around it with it while on a road trip to Cleveland to handle some family business. These folks worked me in and got me back on the road within 24 hours. 10/10, highly recommend!”

Ladies if you are looking for a trust worthy car service go to Conrad/Lyndhurst. They will not steer you wrong and they take good care of your car.”
“I went to that location to find out the last Take 5 in Middleburg on Bagley left my oil cap off and drove that way for 1 math which could have been bad but coming there at that moment they made sure everything was good to go so I left feeling comfortable because I do long freeway driving which I could have been stranded or even worse locked up my engine and then no car.”

I got to take 1 star off. This is a great place, but you can't say a 1.5 to 2 hour wait on the phone, then 2 to 2.5 hours wait when I arrive, and then it be a 3.5 hour wait. That's too bad because it hurts your reputation, it's got to be stressful for your workers, and customers have to be somewhere. Frustrating. Please only book what you can manage.
