I have had bad experiences at this store before but this was by far the worse. The price I was told before service 29.99 for Lof and what I was charged when service completed 79.00 and this was just an oil change . My car is a 2014 Kia soul 5w20 regular oil and she told me they only use synthetic I told her nobody informed me of that before servicing I was told 29.99 her response sorry there is nothing I can do the person that wrote me up did not know what he was doing and she got an attitude with me. I was going to purchase tires in a week for same car but I will never shop at Firestone again I will not recommend Firestone to anyone again. It was clear stealing and employees that don’t care and have no idea what they are doing . It was embarrassingly bad to the point I just paid the amount so I could get out of there and never come back again. At this point it’s all Firestone stores because I tried Richmond road store before and they didn’t set my tires properly lied and said they did

Done with Firestone as a whole this time and I mean ANY of their locations. I’ve put a lot of money into my car in these shops.
Tabatha is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. Again and again I have had to request to work with Jeremy because her people skills are terrible. She thinks if she gets loud with you you’re just going to bow down to her. I’ve witnessed this over and over again with multiple customers while I’ve sat in the lobby waiting for my car to be done, so I can assure you this is not an isolated incident. The disrespect on top of being over charged for services and having to have work redone over and over again leading to lengthily towing bills and rental costs… you’ve lost my business for good.
I highly discourage anyone from using this shop. Firestone should be ashamed. Believe me I’m making sure I tell everyone I talk to, too.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. But the bathroom was out of order and the store was dirty. Walls and trash can horrible.

Was serviced by J and his service was incredibly pleasant. I was checked-in in no time and was reassured to have my vehicle back before my desired date. 10/10 thank you J

Long wait for tire installation even with appointment; did not replace non-working tpms unit; overcharged me (although they agreed to refund my card IF I come back to store for them to swipe card, which is not convenient for me).

I had a flat tire. Went to Firestone in Euclid to replace the tire. The new front desk girl and one of the old mechanics gonna tell me that they can't sell me just one tire and that I would have to buy two.
Uuuhhhmmm Nooo. 👀😡. I went right next door to them and brought a NEW TIRE at ( Quik Tire) _ I don't know if they just be talking to me crazy because I'm a woman or they think females believe everything they say. Everytime I go up there, I always end up walking out.

On Sunday 11/3/24 i had a flat tire. 3 hours away from home and an hour before this Firestone location closed and I pull in with a flat tire. They quickly assessed my tire, the inside radial was showing and the tire was bad. I was heading to the airport so they quickly put a new tire on my car and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Thank you so much to the young lady and tech that was working that day. I will be going to my local Firestone this week to get the other 3 tires replaced and will continue to use Firestone for all of our future tire needs!! Your customer service was on point!! Thank you 😊

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. They stated I needed rear shocks and showed me that it had more bounce than a basketball, but only suggested it be done. They did not pressure.

Last year I had a tire rotation, and during the removal of the tire one of the tech broke a bolt which the tire goes on, and didn't offer to repair it, only took me the cost to fix it. I felt the tech should at least cover half of the cost through Firestone. I have been a customer for year and I was very disappointed. When I spoke with Nissan dealership they quoted, that Firestone supposed had repair the issue. I still bring my car here for oil change, but for only minor issue. I feel that some customer are taking advantage of, and it affect Firestone reputation. Thank you
