Jasmine and Marcel are top notch. We had an issue with transferring our number to our upgraded phones. They exhausted every resource they had to get us connected. They were absolute rock stars.

I went into the AT&T store recently because I needed to upgrade my phone. I entered the store and was immediately greeted by Lawanda. She spent time going over my account details and helping me get what I needed. She went above and beyond and even helped me save money! She has excellent customer service skills! Very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough! I would recommend her and this store to everyone! I have been back since my last visit and received excellent service once again even though they were busy they helped me in a timely manner and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Ask for Lawanda! She’s amazing!

Called and asked for a specific device and was told they have in stock and would hold for me. I drove 20 minutes from downtown Dayton to the store only to find out they didn't have it. The service agent on the phone didn't check and gave me false info. Wasted my time driving there for no reason. Would recommend using other at&t stores.

BUYER BEWARE: This company had a technician come to our home to install internet while my fiancé was home, their policy is that they won’t touch or move any furniture so that they don’t damage anything, however the tech that showed up moved my entertainment center not realizing it was in 3 pieces and not 1, knocked candles and wax all over our TV and floor, left a crack in our entertainment center. I filed a damage claim and they never got back to us. Omar an outstanding tech they had, took pictures when he came out to replace the 1st tech and documented the damage. Never heard back from them about the damage and then they sent us to collections over $50 that we refused to pay until they satisfied our damage claim. Bad business and unprofessional. Go with a competitor.

These people here are a bunch of scammers. We got phones in August and we're charged as many unnecessary extra fees as possible. They put us on a business plan for some reason. They put on paper that we would pay $180 dollars a month and our bill has been $350+ for 3 lines since... This is a third party AT&T. So their practices are as shady as it gets. Just a warning if you plan on coming in. Find one that is not a trash dirtbag "Prime" retailer....

The staff at this location are very professional, helpful, and friendly.When I entered the store, there was a long line. One of the employees immediately told me there would be a wait and they would be fully staffed at a certain time.I left, came back at said time, and was helped immediately. The service was excellent, the employees are intelligent about the products and I had no issues at this store.
