“Service Review - I was visiting friends and on my return home Sunday night (still in N. Dayton area) the engine light came on, along with Engine Power Reduced message, a bit scary.I got car to a gas station and had it towed to Jeff Schmitt service bay. The next day I was able to speak with George Craig, service manager, and, he had already found my keys & car and started looking it over at 7:30 am....I told him the story and he said they would try to work on it through the day.WOW!! Who offers this type of service in 2023 ?The overall service, communication, replacement part, and even some normal maintenance on my 2013 car....WERE ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATION I HAD !!But thanks to George and the mechanics... I was on the road at 4:00 on Monday afternoon. Best Buick service ever and my thanks for your care and kindness !!”

“My bike was acting up as I was biking downtown and it felt like something was grinding. I stopped in front of genuine auto parts store thinking I was gonna run in and grab some WD-40 and before I could hardy hop off my bike, three guys immediately came out to help see if they could fix my bike. They sprayed PV blaster all over my gears and my wheels, lifted the buckles on my basket, tuned up the bike, and sent me on my way. What wonderful humans, I love Fairborn. These guys are the best!”

“Had an absolutely wonderful experience with them! I was having some concerning noises come from the vehicle at low speeds and when breaking, and when I visited a different establishment, they handed me a $2000 estimate! I felt hopeless. Coming here, the fix was much simpler, and not nearly as expensive. Not even a third of the price as the other shop, and they ACTUALLY diagnosed the issue and explained it to me. Mike was phenomenal and an honest mechanic. My car sounds and feels amazing. The Pit Stop definitely earned a customer for life.”
