The filter on my SUV was getting dirty and asked if I wanted to replace it that day which I said yes, and also I do not drive that much so gave me the option of re-charging the battery which I said yes due to weather getting cold. I liked that they asked me first before doing any work. Very honest and I appreciate it.”

“I had a pool heater (heat exchanger) develop a significant leak and any possible warranty claim was at least a week out. We had a pool party planned and time was not on our side. I explained the situation to them and they were able to work me in the same day. The staff was very friendly, helpful and do excellent work. “Took my car in for an overall check, particularly for the power steering. Mike drove my car twice and told me it is in very good working order. I was told by another mechanic, a week earlier, that I would need a rack and pinion replacement - $1800. Mike explained that wasn't the case. It was just the belt was slipping because it had gotten wet during a downpour- that is why the steering was stiff and it squeaked. Only happened once - when it rained. No issues since. Mike refused to charge me but I insisted on giving him a tip. He is an honest man with integrity. I appreciate him and he will be my mechanic from now on. Having a mechanic who is knowledgeable and honest is as valuable as an excellent primary care provider.”
“Every time I go to the Fairborn location they are always so nice and explain anything to me if something other than the regular oil change needs done. They always ask if you want an air filter, but do not come across as pushy or trying to sell you things. I feel like they genuinely care.”

In five minutes i had found five trucks that exceeded my expectations......I had found a 2026 GMC MAX Range EV Denali with Jeff Schmitt in Fairborn Ohio, 7 hour drive away from my home Town of Huntsville Alabama. But, working with Tim my salesman made the process so smooth and stress free. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. He even help with my return one way rental car by taking my driver their and picking us up from that location. And the financial Lady Kramer she was above and beyond my expectations. She didn't just take my money, she made me feel good give it to her. A great experience all around. I wouldn't recommend any other GMC dealership then Jeff Schmitt Group in Fairborn Ohio. “It's interesting seeing so many women leaving bad reviews because my experience as a woman was the exact opposite. I received great customer service immediately as I stepped out of my car. No extra bells and whistles, he got straight to the point and took action to repair my tire, which is what I was there for. He got it up on the lift, took my tire off, repaired it, put it back on, and got me back on the road in 10-15 minutes. All of my interactions were pleasant. They seemed like typical bluecollar guys - no muss, no fuss, but lots of joking and banter. Hopefully I won't hit another nail, but in the event I do I know exactly where to go for help.”
