Cost me $2000+ and need entire job redone. Took 30 days for simple job. As your car is practically driving sideways away from shop they will lie to your face and say it was fine. Refused to make it right. They don't know what they are doing. Do not bring your vehicles here.

I have been going to Auto Tech for 5 years or more. They have worked on my last 2 cars. Plus gave me advice on the purchase my latest one. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with them. Zach and the entire team is honest, helpful, caring and kind. I know a lot of people are Leary of auto mechanics. I used to be as well, but with Auto Tech I no longer have to be. Whether it is an auto repair or needing new tires, you will not find a more knowledgeable or honest place for your needs. There are many mechanics closer to me than Auto Tech but the extra drive for me is well worth it. I know I will always get great service at a fair price. They’re the greatest.

I took my 2014 Ford Edge to this shop when my power windows would not work. I looked up on Google for auto electrical repair. I was surprised by how friendly and easygoing the conversation went when I called.
I dropped off my auto and had an upfront understanding of the fee to do diagnostics. I called the next day and the shop had found the problem with an expected same day repair. I got all my questions answered and was very pleased with the professionalism during my pay for service and pick up.
This place honored military discount. I spoke with the owner. I am now going to switch to W and W Auto Tech as my go-to auto repairs. They can practically do everything related to auto repair.
I highly recommend giving this local family owned business your trust and auto repair needs.

My family has been using this shop for MANY years for MANY vehicles. They are the only shop I trust to be completely fair and honest. They have literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to what other shops have tried to charge us. Including other shops telling me things that need to be repaired when actually they didn't need repaired, the other shops just saw a young woman that knows nothing about cars and was an easy target. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for experienced, honest mechanics.

I hate to give them a bad review but this last trip sealed the deal for me. I used to take my vehicles here for regular maintenance, tires, etc when I moved here 2 years ago. It was fine service at first but recently it took a bad turn. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation with the older guy that answers the phone. I show up and I'm not on the schedule, they want me to drop it off (I didn't want this, which is why I made the appointment in advance) so I do unhappily, then when I pick it up later the tires aren't rotated. I don't have time to deal with them forgetting about me. No apology, nothing. They just acted like it was inconvenient that I showed up. The last couple of appointments have been disorganized. They need someone more competent to answer their phones and schedule. Guess I'll have to try other nearby garages.
