Came here to purchase new windshield wiper blades. I seriously thought they were $5 each LOL I hadn't purchased any for years! Well I paid a little under $30 for the pair! I told the young guy "I hope they last me a lifetime LOL He kinda laughed . Anyways he was very sweet and friendly. He even put them on for me. Obviously I didn't know how to put them on.

I came there at 2pm Saturday needing a new battery. They told me they won’t change mine because it would take 45 minutes. I believe their policy is free installation with purchase. Instead I had to go down the street to a shop to get in installed. Poor customer service. Poor management. 0 stars.

Out of town person and had the heat go out, stopped in and the whole crew did research my multi fuse panels on my 06' Mazda 6, after several checks the Manager found the burnt-out fuse and $6.95 was on my way..Thanks a million crew !! Fairborn Ohio, Sat 11/18, Noonish..

I just wanted to take the time too express my gratitude towards the staff especially the store manager on duty Curtis. I came in for a replacement headlight bulb and both of them went above and beyond to help get it installed and working. This is not something that AutoZone does and my particular year and model was not easy...so I just wanted to say thank you and you have my continued support and patronage.

I walked in to order a part for my son's car. The clerk told me that the part I needed couldn't be ordered through AZ. I walked out to my car and ordered the part on the AZ website and had it delivered to this store.
