We purchased an LG refrigerator which was delivered today. The delivery was awful. When removing the old fridge, 1.) they removed the doors and refused to reinstall them, although the refrigerator is exactly the same dimensions as the new one which they moved into the space with doors in tact. The pieces and fasteners they removed are mingled together and they refused to tell me what went where, so not sure how to reassemble this working refrigerator. 2.) They were to put the old unit in the garage, but left it in the doorway of the garage, centered, so that we could not close a door or put a car in either garage bay. 3.) they insisted my husband remove the hall doors to move the units. However, we have never had to remove those doors for the past 2 fridges, or the ranges that have been installed since we have been in the home. 4.) Even with all the doors removed, they someone scuffed the walls and failed to let us know the damage done. 5.) All of the tape and packaging was left on the fridge. Had the ice maker cycled, the ice had no where to go. I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour, with a range of responses from helpful to downright rude and condescending. I am waiting for a call on how to resolve, but I am not optimistic. I am very disappointed in spending $2,000 for a miserable experience.

This location hasn’t been very welcoming I have been here on two different occasions first was to buy a IPad for my daughter, upon arriving I WASNT GREETED and was left unattended for over 15 mins, had to hunt down workers, and today I went in and once again not greeted by anyone I was ready to make a purchase soon as I walked in but I wasn’t greeted or spoke to the guy after me came in and got helped immediately, y’all lost $600 just by not speaking to a customer for 10 mins it’s wasn’t even busy. I guess if you’re young looking with dreads don’t expect any help here in beavercreek!

As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and helped. We were looking for a new TV and someone met us on the way back, grabbed the TV for us and set us up. They helped load and we were in and out under 5 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. We always go to this location and we always have a great experience!

I don't expect much from Best Buy except to have in stock what they say they have online and to have a good selection of demo items to help me find what I want to buy. Today I went in to see some car stereo receivers and make a purchase. I was one of maybe 7 cars in the parking lot but there were no associates to help in the auto department. 3 people had been waiting to make a purchase for about 10 minutes and they kept being told someone would come help them... Eventually. Other employees were mulling around the mostly empty store but unable (or unwilling) to remove themselves from their designated departments.To make things more frustrating, devices that were advertised online were not actually on display or on shelves. For Alpine systems you had to ask an employee to go to the back and retrieve the stereo receivers so you could imagine what they may look like in your car. For the brands that were on display, there were more missing/empty displays and non functioning displays than there were available systems.The two things I value best buy for, variety and demo products, were seriously lacking today. Coupled with lackluster employees and an attitude of "you'll get help when we get you help" made this experience particularly loathsome.The only bright side was when an employee actually got to the area to help us he was courteous, apologetic, and knowledgeable about the products.

Bought a Samsung phone and watch today. Best Buy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hope to never set foot in a Verizon store again.

I’ve spent a lot of money with Best Buy over the years but I won’t be anymore. I came in to buy a $20 video game and the guy behind the counter was playing with his phone. He was actually mad that he had to stop and help me. Horrible customer service.

The tall dark haired gentleman (should have gotten his name) in the geek squad shirt who was working the front around 10:30 this morning assisted me with a return of an open box tv that was missing a leg and helped find a suitable replacement at the same price. It made having to go through the inconvenience of returning an item, still end up feeling like a good experience, which is rare! Thank you sir

Hi my name is Charles Gulley. I purchased a phone from the Fairborn Ohio store on 1/27/24 this was a pre-order for a OnePlus phone that comes out 2/9/24. I emailed the store to let them know my purchase doesn't even show up on their website under my purchases and they wouldn't even take the time to get back with me with any explanation! A simple reply to let me know anything about why? I think I'll think twice about the Fairborn store from now on. And that use to be my favorite store. Thank you Mr Charles Gulley
