I visited this place a few months back. I asked to look at a handgun (which had a trigger lock on it) and was asked to provide ID, which I thought was strange but obliged anyhow. I provided both my conceal carry permit and WA state driver's license and was refused by the employee to handle the firearm because she said I wouldn't be able to buy the gun anyways with an out of state identification, which is not true. Employees should be retrained on firearm laws/ procedures cause I would hate to find out what else they're lacking knowledge in when it comes to firearms. I'll avoid this place for future purchases.

The new staff is amazing! The manager and assistant manager are very attentive and the pawnbrokers are a joy to work with every one knows what they are talking about and have great customer service. I went in there and even after the tax season raid they still have amazing deals, they even had a real Rolex. What a great selection of rings they showed me. They are having a summer sale coming up on may 5th I’m definitely going back for I’m snagging that free mk purse and Xbox series x for under 400 after reading other reviews I was skeptic to go in but not after the service they gave me 10/10 recommend

An Employee shouldn't be talking negative about their customers, manager and coworkers while a customer is present. I don't know why this person is employed in a retail setting.

I bought a tv for my kids from Cashland on Dayton yellow springs road and the hdmi was gone & they said there was nothing they could do about it. The guy that works there said if I put it in layaway he would give me 30 day piece of mind and they are saying I only got a 5 day. Horrible horrible customer service I don't recommend anyone buy anything from there mostly everything I buy there is junk. If I could give a 0 review I most definitely would

Jose & Evan are a breath of fresh air for this location! The previous staff were rude & very unfriendly! The new staff members are awesome! Old customers go back to this location, I believe you will be satisfied!

I was in this store browsing around asked about a few firearms they was packed i patiently waited as some of the customers well what can i say looking for a fix..lol..so these customer were rude and nasty and unpleasent but all staff and manager were 100% professional..to add this store is under new managment and doing a awsome job. so it was my turn at gun counter it was actual new manager she kept a smile the whole time..people need to understand when dealing with unworthy people all the time you might get a little moody too..great store great service

I was in the Fairborn Ohio store 1 PM May 4, 2022. This store deserves 0 stars. The attitude/ tone set by management is a horrible experience. I put my hand on the door to leave & an item caught my eye. With other customers in the store, Samantha yells from the other end of the store "ma'am if you want to go out the door, you need to press the lever to leave." I inform her that I know how to operate doors but was looking at one of their items obviously. I took my hand off the door b/c she was so concerned that I couldn't operate it lol, & decided look up the item. My phone is clearly facing the tile because it's flat in my hand & I'm typing on the other. I wasn't taking pictures. Samantha yells at the top of her lungs from across the store "ma'am you're not allowed to take photos of our items." I tell her, "I clearly have my phone facing your tile. I'm looking your item up and I'm not taking photos. You can see this b/c you're staring at my phone." She proceeds to give me some BS about taking photos even though I'd told her that I wasn't. She then starts talking to a male employee about people trying to take photos in her store. I'm not a child nor deaf!! I said to myself ... 1. Their store on google for Fairborn has photos taken by customers. 2. That's what people do to look up products in ANY store. 3. I'd already told her I wasn't taking photos & she could clearly see that I was, yet she STILL insisted on droning on afterwards to me, then an employee & I could hear it! 4. I imagine Gulag wardens are more polite. 5. I'll NEVER shop at the Fairborn location again. I called several stores that are run by the same group. NONE of them have that policy. Samantha has major control issues. I hope the company runs revenue reports b/c that store is running off customers I also think like many people say, some people have simply lost their heads and their wits in the last couple of years. I'll stick to the Moraine stores where they're helpful and truly WANT your business.

This place deserves "0 stars". Sold me electronics with out necessary accessories to function. When returning 10 mins later to get exchange or refund was told I would have to wait until Friday 2 days later even after they sold me a 15 day warranty. A female assistant manager was very rude to me while dismissing my issue. I asked to have the store manager called and was told multiple different excuses but I kept insisting until finally the assistant manager says she will attempt to call but the manager probably won't answer. The manager answers surprise! I was able to get my refund but not before 30 mins of arguing back and forth with a rude dismissive "employee " who still never apologized. ?

Employees are dismissive and unfriendly. They do not act interested in doing business or interested in getting repeat customers. I won't go back--- I recommend avoiding this shop.
