This is a very good CVS, they have a lot of availability for vaccine appointments and the pharmacists here are very friendly and easy to work with.
The store feels a bit dated and high mileage, but it's fully stocked and the prices are typical of a CVS location.

This location is always clean, and the CVS staff are always friendly. The pharmacy staff are very helpful, friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have! This has been my pharmacy of choice over the last 15 years!

They would get 0 starts. No staff hardly . When you call about meds and you register as one call when ready it don’t happen . I am not walking there 6 times . They never have stuff or full quality the new answering service. Is awful. When I pick up meds is when my insurance should get bill .

Called yesterday to check on my medication. They said they did not have one, but I could pick it up tomorrow. Fast forward - I go at 3:30 after to pick up the medication only to be told it did not come in. Yesterday I received a text telling me that the medication was not in stock. Today - nothing. My doctor's office is closed and the pharmacy doesn't know if the medication will be tomorrow. I am disappointed at the lack of communication. Had they said that they would try to order it but it might not come in, I would have worked with my doctor yesterday or earlier today. Their nonchalance clearly sent the message "Too bad, so sad". This experience explains why they are so poorly rated.

I got my COVID shot and my flu shot today at this CVS. I was treated well by pleasant staff concerned about my well being.It was a good visit. Again, my thanks to the staff.

I have consistently had problems filling prescriptions at the drive through window at this CVS location. Prescriptions are not ready in a timely manner & pharmacy staff does not make an effort to resolve problems. On the most recent occasion, they were not willing to bill my insurance. I would rate 0 stars if it was possible.

This pharmacy is a joke. They closed the one on broad street so this is the only cvs in Fairborn. They are under staffed and extremely busy so expect to wait up to an hour for your prescription. On Sunday I came to pick up my prescription and they said all their pharmacy staff was sick so the pharmacy is closed all day. Now there is no way to get my prescription until tomorrow. Good thing it isn't insulin or heart meds cause I would be dead if it was life saving medications. The staff was just like, \\\"sorry about your luck.\\\" They should have alerted the cvs in Beavercreek to fill needed medically necessary scripts if they were just going to close their pharmacy. Absolutely insane!! Go anywhere but here if your able.
