Called yesterday to check on my medication. They said they did not have one, but I could pick it up tomorrow. Fast forward - I go at 3:30 after to pick up the medication only to be told it did not come in. Yesterday I received a text telling me that the medication was not in stock. Today - nothing. My doctor's office is closed and the pharmacy doesn't know if the medication will be tomorrow. I am disappointed at the lack of communication. Had they said that they would try to order it but it might not come in, I would have worked with my doctor yesterday or earlier today. Their nonchalance clearly sent the message "Too bad, so sad". This experience explains why they are so poorly rated.

I got my COVID shot and my flu shot today at this CVS. I was treated well by pleasant staff concerned about my well being.It was a good visit. Again, my thanks to the staff.

I have consistently had problems filling prescriptions at the drive through window at this CVS location. Prescriptions are not ready in a timely manner & pharmacy staff does not make an effort to resolve problems. On the most recent occasion, they were not willing to bill my insurance. I would rate 0 stars if it was possible.

This pharmacy is a joke. They closed the one on broad street so this is the only cvs in Fairborn. They are under staffed and extremely busy so expect to wait up to an hour for your prescription. On Sunday I came to pick up my prescription and they said all their pharmacy staff was sick so the pharmacy is closed all day. Now there is no way to get my prescription until tomorrow. Good thing it isn't insulin or heart meds cause I would be dead if it was life saving medications. The staff was just like, \\\"sorry about your luck.\\\" They should have alerted the cvs in Beavercreek to fill needed medically necessary scripts if they were just going to close their pharmacy. Absolutely insane!! Go anywhere but here if your able.

I stopped in this CVS to pickup a prescription for a family member and I was immediately impressed by how nice and orderly this location is inside. This location is so clean and spacious. The shelves were well stocked and the products were neatly arranged. The carpeting was spotless, attractive, and appeared to be freshly vacuumed. These details may not be important to some, but they are important to me. It's obvious that the management and employees at this location take pride in the appearance of their store and creating a welcoming and efficient environment for their customers.I was only able to take one photo without capturing other customers and employees in the photos. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the cashier. Each employee I encountered during my visit greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, and made me feel like my business is important and appreciated.The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were outstanding, too. The pharmacist initiated a consultation regarding the medication I was picking up for a family member. He warned of an elevated risk between two medications my family member is currently taking and urged me to contact the physician to bring the interaction to their attention. Sure enough, the physician modified my family member's medications to prevent a potentially life threatening event. The pharmacist potentially saved my loved ones life and I'm extremely grateful.I am very impressed with with every aspect of this CVS location.

I went here to pick up a prescription and asked the girl Ranean working there if I could speak to the pharmacist. She told me she was busy and asked what I wanted. I said I was unsure if I could take one of my medications with my new prescriptions and she told me they don't interact. I assumed she knew what she was talking about and when I took the meds together I had an awful reaction. I am considering legal actions, and will be contacting corporate. She was also very rude. She kept checking her phone and when people would ask her to do things she seemed annoyed. At one point she even began complaining about wanting to go home. My husband asked her if the manager allows her to behave in that manor, and her reply was the manager was not there. I have been going here for years and the manager is a wonderful woman, I am surprised she would hire someone like that. Maybe they are just desperate since they are so busy with all the Walgreens transfers. That girl should not be working in a pharmacy.

I ordered some prints here for my husband's birthday present and it was pretty easy. I ordered online from the comfort of my living room and picked them up a few hours later. There were two people working the front register and I was greeted and asked if I needed help within a few minutes. My order was ready and I paid there (rather than in advance). They actually just sent me a coupon for 25% off my next order. And it just so happens I need a few more prints for my mother-in-law, so I will take them up on it. Convenient location and friendly people is hard to beat.

If you have absolutely any other pharmacy choice, take it. So slow. They do not communicate. I once was told my medicine would be in Sunday and did not get it until a week later. Every day I went in and every day was told it would be in the next day. I once ordered large photos to this CVS and the photos arrived to the store but they wouldn't give them to me for a week because "nobody wanted to check them in to the store"

This pharmacy is a joke. Called to refill my daughters prescription at 10am, went to pick it up at 4pm and it wasn't ready. There was a problem with the insurance and it needed a prior authorization because I had to have a partial prescription fill last time because they didn't have enough of the medication. At this point the insurance company and my daughters doctors office was getting ready to close. I was able to get the doctor to rush this through. I went back to CVS they then told me it was going to take 40 mins to fill it. 1st problem is they told me that filling the partial prescription wouldn't be a problem. 2nd problem is the could have called and told me there was a problem filling it instead of letting me find out when I came to get it.

They get prescriptions wrong all the time. Go elsewhere! I doubt they really use people that can count or read. Nothing is ready even though they text you it is, then it is wrong.
