Don't get your passport photo taken here!
The requirements for the online photo have changed, and the photos they charge $12 for are not valid when renewing a US passport online. It is now required for a passport photo to contain the upper body and shoulders, and the government will crop the photo to the square shape.

I am very happy with the service I received here. I didn't catch the Male attendants name on may 7th in the mid-day shift, but he was super helpful printing my label and preparing my RMA. This great service caught my attention and I sent a corporate feedback post as well. Keep up the great work!

I was a big fan of this Fed ex store.
Thanks to the person working yesterday morning I will never go to any FedEx store again.
I needed to print and then fax a document. When he finally was free he said he could not help me figure out why email of the document to FedEx did not work.
When asked if I could send it to him to print he said it will cost 2.50. I sent it and then he said he was not allowed to open the link.
I then was ready to get out of the store, I realized the machine I was using still was ready with my pre aproved amount of 50 dollars. I asked how to get out of the machine he said to just exit. There was no exit! I had to wait at least 3 minutes, which feels long after being in the store for 45 minutes and not able to accomplish faxing a high priority fax.
I went to the the UPS store in fairborn and I was done with everything within 5 minutes! UPS store

If I could give FedEx zero stars, I would. I ordered an expensive item that required a signature, so I went out of my way to set up a FedEx account and had the package redirected to a FedEx store for pickup. I specifically chose a store right across the street from my adult son’s school so he could pick it up for me—because guess what? It’s heavy and I live on the third floor.
FedEx not only refused to release the package to him, but they also wouldn’t accept emailed documents proving I authorized him. Nope, their ridiculous policies apparently don’t allow for common sense. So now I have to take time out of my day to deal with this nonsense because FedEx makes everything as difficult as humanly possible.
Absolutely terrible experience. I’ll avoid using FedEx whenever I can.

Chandler and DJ are seriously a Godsend. They made shipping an unwieldy wall oven easier than I expected it to be. They were so patient and helpful. 10/10.

I have been going to this FedEx branch ever since I moved to the area years ago. The people there are very friendly. Today I was talking to team members Terri and Roy and they were very personable. Asked me about my teaching job and we got into some good conversations about hometowns and John Legend! I went to the store for printing services and they were able to print a poster out for me in color in a large size as well as laminate it for me. I would definitely recommend going to this place.

This review is for Chandler. Right from when we walked in this guy was a rock star. He's friendly, gives clear instructions, is professional and entertaining at the same time. It would be so nice if every time you walked into a business you'd be greeted by someone like Chandler.
