Store manager assisted with a wayfair return today. She was speaking to an employee when I came in, no one said hi or we'll be with you shortly. I waited in line while the manager continued her discussion with the employee. She finally acknowledged me, but she had an attitude during the entire transaction. While she hardly spoke, when she did speak, she told me not to tape return packages. But she said it like she was annoyed and irritated about it. No reason to be rude to customers!

Would give zero if I could talked to Mike to try to get a tracking number . Very very rude when I asked if he could give it to me over the phone. Then asked to see if I could talk to a manager but he said no since they were busy. Terrible service!!

My label wouldn't scan and they had no way to look up the label or reprint it for me, all the tracking numbers were clearly visible. Lack of job knowledge for certain

Excellent shipping experience. I didn't know what I was doing, but the Fedex employee helped me through the process. I only paid for 3-day shipping, but the package was delivered the next day.

Horrible. We stood at the printer for half an hour. No one would help. You can't print off your phone. They want you to send it in an email and wait for a code which never came. Go to the library. You can send it and/or get it off anything and it's 5 cent a copy, not 3 dollars.

If just wish there is option to give this store zero for customer service, I do not want to name associate refusing my package the other day because I am not sure if his arrogance and lack of customer service made him do that or he was ordered to do so by store management. Avoid at all cost. Unless you desire a counter fist fight and arrest to follow. Fedex office associates simply don't want to ship any packages. They do not want to be in that store, they would rather hide in back of store, pretending being busy w printing orders. Lazy, snooty foxes. Waiting and ready for fight. Fedex office associates will find any, any, any excuse to not accept your package. And when they do accept it, they are way way overpriced. Dont ever pay for their "packing service" - they refuse packages so you would pay for re-packaging. Just go across the street to Meijer - they got USPS shipping option at their member services counter. USPS is way cheaper, they will provide free tracking number, they are open latter that Fedex office and your package WILL BE accepted. Also, help USPS stay in business - they deserve your help. AGAIN, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.

Most of the time I go in there the staff is always friendly and helpful. There have been a few times where they seemed distracted but overall not bad at all.

Keep an eye on them when they hurriedly measure your packages. Ask them what they came up with and ask them to show you. Even when you buy their boxes, you can be charged more than the alleged dimensions printed on the box. Since they charge dimensional weight OR actual weight, "whichever is greater" then these measurements matter to your cost. It's easy to assume that if they sell you a specific size box, that is what you'll pay but that's not the case. If your cashier decides that your allegedly 11 inch box is 11¼ on one side, you're paying for 12 inches dimensional weight.

I now consistently visit this location instead of others. Always excellent customer service, a helpful team and a clean, well organized store. Will go out of my way to go here versus other options! Thank you for making it easy!

This is a complaint about the company, not this store. There is now a $2.50 fee for anything done behind the counter that’s less than $50. When I asked what for, the employees didn’t know. This seems ridiculous, especially for small jobs. You are already paying for the product (paper, etc) and the employees get paid for their services. I had a book spiral bound. The cost was ~$5.50 before they added $2.50 so I had to pay almost 50 percent more. This seems like FedEx is charging this additional cost because everything has gone up in price and people have stopped asking about the rise in cost. What is it for?
