The staff at Firestone are always very friendly and helpful. I feel confident that I'm getting the best service for whatever problem I throw at them. They've honestly helped me out so much with my vehicle, including doing a new vehicle inspection for a used car I was buying and showing me how absolutely unsafe it was. I swapped it out for my current vehicle immediately thanks to them.

Wilson the new manager is an amazing! I know Harvey would be proud to have him on the team. I also believe the other gentleman’s name was Ethan. They both took such good care of me from booking my appointment to check out. Had me out in just about an hour. I have been coming to this Firestone location for 5 years and the service hasn’t been this good in about 3 years. Thank you Wilson and team! I hope you stay for a while. Such a knowledgeable and friendly person. While I can tell it comes naturally, I can tell you step it up in such a genuine fashion - making me feel appreciated. Thanks again, and I’ll see you next time!

I am a regular at this location, but I made the call while I was out of town for the appt. I was treated with courtesy, got the appt quickly, and waited while my vehicle was completed. It was exceptional care. Thanks!

Great group of guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Do anything they can to help the customer. Quick and reliable services. Don't sugar coat the issues and tell it like it is.

I took our car in for a P06DD code, when checking in I told them the code and also that I had changed the oil and reset codes, and that the code came right back. They called me after "diagnosing" the car and told me it was low on oil and needed an oil change (supposably added 2 quarts when the oil was just changed the day before being dropped off), when I mentioned that was incorrect they told me they couldnt fix the car. When I went to pick it up they still tried charging me a $136 diagnostics fee to tell me the same thing I told them when I dropped it off and not actually telling me what the issue was, and that their "techs" don't do bigger jobs like this. If they knew this they should have informed me when I dropped the car off and explained the situation, and I would have went elsewhere.

Not a good experience at all. Brought in my Tacoma for an alignment and they sheared my cam tabs on the driver side, said they found it that way. 3rd picture (taken the day prior) you can see the cam tab in the corner of the picture, undamaged. Additionally, they messed up the alignment and as I drove away my steering wheel was tilted to the passenger side even when driving straight, it pulls hard. I went back in and they said they couldn't fix it then and that I could schedule a time instead. Cause damage, mess up the job, and refuse to fix on the spot? Not coming back.

Great experience. Both Allen and MacKenzie were very helpful and were able to get me an appointment within 1 day for a battery replacement. The price for both the battery and labor, was less expensive than 5 other quotes I had gotten, and the installation took less than one hour. Great service and will return for future work that is needed.

Did not have a good experience, chipped my rims, Noone has return my call or messages. Proceed with extreme caution. Take pictures b4 and after. Get a signed vehicle inspection report b4 leaving your car. If they say that don't have one leave and go somewhere else. Never again will we use them!
