I waited briefly at the cutting table, but the helpers were super efficient and friendly as was my cashier. It was a pleasant and productive experience... And they have some of the coolest shopping carts I've ever seen - lol!”

“I called this store, because I learned from a Cincinnati location, that there is a warehouse in Dayton, where you can pick up your items when ready. Z at Beavercreek was amazingly helpful. We needed a specific mattress - the same day. She made sure it was in stock, helped me order electronically - and let me know when it would be ready. She made it work! We drove up from Cinci to Dayton - checked in at the warehouse with Ashley, and 10 minutes later we were headed back to Cinci! This was our first purchase with Ashley/Moore Furniture. This is what customer service should be! We didn't need it delivered, we needed it in our hands, and Z made it happen for us. Thanks Z! You made our day! Go to Ashley Beavercreek store, or call, ask for Z, and all will be well, at least with furniture! (also at the warehouse is a large outlet!”
