Dillon was exceptional, at the end of the day we were satisfied with the service, but must say the initial work (oil change, etc), ended on a sour note when the residual oil dripped on our driveway and garage floor after we got home. That shouldn't happen.
The other work we expect will keep this '13 malibu on the road for sometime to come. Dillon's commitment to keeping us as a customer was evident and for now no doubt fruitful.
