My care was taken good care of in a timely manner I'm grateful for the understanding what was going on, everything was repaired and vehicle was ready and done before I could pick it back up, now that's what you call great service! Thanks Jeff Schmitt great work and great team!!

I was well overdue for a new car and my confidence with dealerships is rather low. However, the people at Jeff Schmitt north (Noverria & Matt) helped me feel secure and confident in my purchase. The most notable aspect is the way they conduct business. No pushy sales, they allow you to choose what YOU want, not what they want for you in terms of getting a sale or not. They care about the customer. MUCH appreciation to your team!

Jeff Schmitt has lost our business. Sales Manager Jesse Tenney was rude and inappropriate during our interaction regarding the potential purchase of a certified used vehicle. During discussions regarding negotiation when progress stalled, Jesse made condescending remarks to us and berated his sales personnel regarding his willingness to negotiate and how he “made it clear to Steve on numerous occasions” that he was not willing to negotiate on sales price or value of our trade in”After our poor experience with Jesse, we left the dealership only to further research and find that not only was the advertised price high considering that the vehicle was used, it was significantly higher than the price of a brand new vehicle of the exact same model and year.This experience has changed our view of Jeff Schmitt auto group and we will gladly travel farther from home to make the right deal with a dealership that values their customers.

Noverria was personable and answered all of our questions. He kept us informed throughout the car being in transit and completing the credit application online. Chris was thorough in explaining terms of the lease and payment. We had a very good experience overall. Thank you!

Went for an oil change. The representative notice some scratches that were left from door dings and paint from my garage. Representative asked if they could try to remove them, which they did. Extremely satisfied!

I had A/C trouble on my Motorhome with a C5500 chassis. Called in for the repair. The Service advisor Zach Snyder was very polite and helpful. He got me in and had the repair done in 2 days. He was even able to get my Good Sam ESP to pay for alot of the cost. Thanks for your help. Scott

Rude, unprofessional and absolutely one of the worst experiences I have EVER had at a dealership. I was treated with such disrespect by everyone and made to feel like it's all my fault and they did absolutely nothing to make me feel better or at ease. I regret buying my car from here and I will NEVER buy from here again. I've also warned others about my horrible experience.

Worst customer relations ever and they don't communicate. Drove 1.5 to buy a vehicle to never be notified,I wouldn't buy a toy car from them. And Jesse, the sales manager, needs a lesson in customer relations. Take responsibility for your job, don't blame the internet sales team. 17 years of experience, you might wanna start over.

I have been dealing with this dealership for three years. Every time that I have left this place I have left with the vehicle I was not completely satisfied with. I have bought two new trucks off of this company and both times I have been giving grief from the company about warranty replacements, they never attempt to give me a loaner vehicle when I need it the price of their vehicles are at least 10% higher than anywhere else I bought and paid off of 2018 Chevy Silverado within 18 months of owning it and sold it back to the company at a fraction of the price Because they were short on inventory. Every time I come to this place I am giving grief about finance options takes hours they pull and pull and pull on my butt if I go to Dave Kehl or SVG of Urbana, they have me financed within an hour yesterday at tempted to buy another vehicle from them and they wanted me the nearly pay half of the asking price in order for finance I will never be going back and never recommend anybody for this place

If i could put 0 stars i would. My cousin has done so much business with Jeff Schmitt over the years as far as service and even purchasing of new vehicles, but never again will he make this mistake because the dealer did not provide him with the service he needed instead the merchant caused more damage to the vehicle then fix the vehicle. He went in for a rattling noise on 5/22/23 to jeff Schmitt for them to check the vehicle. They came to a conclusion that the car needed a new muffler that it would cost $2544.44 and guaranteed that it would fix my issue. He got the car back on 5/26/23 and when he left the dealer the original issue, he went in for was still there and it had gotten worse. He went back to them, and asked for either my money back or for them to make it right by fixing it free of charge because he paid a lot of money, they told him that they would check it for free, after checking it for a few days they couldn't find the issue. He had to personally to the dealership take time off of work and go test drive it with the technician just so they could find the issue and after he did that, they wanted to charge him another $600, so he took the car and took it to another dealer, and they checked it for him and found that there was a broken bolt in the exhaust manifold caused from jeff Schmitt working on the car previously. The new dealer tried their best to get the bolt out, but they couldn't they had to change the whole cylinder head because of the damage that had been done from the broken bolt and charged me almost $3300 but they fixed his issue. He will never go back to this dealer, and I don't recommend this dealer to anyone I know or to anyone who sees this review.

Knowledgeable service department that makes sure you're taken care of in a good and timely manner! Great communication and very accommodating shuttle service that has helped take/pick me up on a few different occasions. I have had zero issues taking my 2011 Equinox in for services the past year.

I had my 2013 Terrain detailed, my Terrain looks brand new. I feel like I am driving a new car. They did a great job I'm very pleased. I highly recommend having your car detailed at Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet North.

When I bought my corvette from the dealership I was told I would get a loaner car while it is serviced. It did not happen. When I bought my Nissan pickup from the same spot years ago the salesman said he would run it through the wash anytime. Now to my point....I understand there are not a lot of vehicles to provide loaners....but considering you had the car 2 days I would think running my car through the wash would be a small token of respect for a repeat customer. I live in St Paris and don't see why I should drive so far for your service when I'm treated like a person who just came off the street. There are much closer dealers who can treat me in this way.
