I feel comfortable taking my SUV to the service department. Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable service people. They deserve 10 stars.
The filter on my SUV was getting dirty and asked if I wanted to replace it that day which I said yes, and also I do not drive that much so gave me the option of re-charging the battery which I said yes due to weather getting cold. I liked that they asked me first before doing any work. Very honest and I appreciate it.

Got our vehicle in a short amount of time, replaced tire that had holes in 3 different areas,. The service has always been a pleasant one, staff is very courteous and friendly and goes that extra mile to help

I think your sales representative are to be commended for their thoughtfulness towards prospective customers.
They offer help but don't continually hound people like many places do. I really appreciated that. I cannot think of anything the people I had contact with could have done better. My experience was pleasant, stress free and I could not be more pleased with your dealership or my new car. Thank you.

When I called to make the appointment it was on the receiving end the people were very nice and kind allow me to have the appointment when I needed it also when I went in for the service the gentleman greeted me real well also showed me where to wait the area was clean also they offer snacks for you while you wait the waiting time was not long service was great Return of the vehicle was great and the explanation of what the vehicle needed was great thank you for your services

Needed to get a CTV fluid change and set it up with Gabrielle who is awesome - she answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed- I appreciate that because I usually ask a lot of questions - I'll definitely be coming back to Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi because of people like her .
