John Pierce Auto Care did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I was very impressed with them. Defiantly recommend to anyone in need of a repair. The customer service was great and the price was realistic for the amount of work i had done. I appreciate the time Nate took to talk me through the repairs needed. He even gave me a few options regarding the repairs. His honesty is why I’ll be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

My boyfriend took his truck to get the air serviced. They called him saying radiator fan needed changed so they did it. Then they called back 3-4 hours later, said that was wrong and that wasn't what was wrong and it needed new compressor. $1200 later, it was fixed until the next year and it does not work yet again. Very bad experience. Used to have confidence in this place under old management. Zero confidence under new management.

I had my oil changed , they were very quick and efficient it was 30 min or less , ( usually 2 hrs at a dealer) Great customer service when I called in and was able to work me in the next day . Would go back for future oil changes and other repairs .

Nothing but great things to say about the new owner and their employees. I had them do a four wheel alignment for me. Got me in and out, reasonably priced, with state of the art equipment. They have the ability to do four wheel alignments on just about any personal, and commercial vehicles you may drive. The new owner has made many improvements in the building inside and out. As well as updating their equipment with truly state of the art equipment. I will definitely continue the to use John Pierce Auto Care for all my needs.

0/5 experience, got my car towed there not knowing what was wrong they diagnosed it and I paid for the repair, an hour after I picked up car stopped & was doing the same thing it was when I brought it to them. Had to pay for another tow back to them for them to say they forgot to do something and that it shouldn’t happen again. I picked it up again and car stopped again 2 hours later and they suggested I tow it back to them for the 3rd time and pay for another diagnosis. Paid over $600 for something that never got repaired on top of what I had to pay a new mechanic to actually fix the issue.

I took my car because it was leaking massive amounts of oil, start to finish everyone was super professional and helpful and transparent; told me he was confident rear main seal would help my leak, but may not solve it. Well it fixed it completely and couldn’t be happier for the price 👍 will be returning
